These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 939gam ("we", "us", "the Platform", "939gam"). They govern your access to and use of the 939gam website, mobile interface, betting markets, casino games and all related services available at https://939gam.cam (collectively, the "Services").

939gam is an online betting and live casino platform designed for adult players who wish to participate in sports betting, live dealer games and digital casino entertainment. The platform presents information and Services in English and is specifically oriented towards users located in Pakistan, though access is subject to applicable local laws in each user's jurisdiction.

In these Terms, the following expressions have the meanings set out below:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a User on the 939gam platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, inclusive of real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds that have met applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets or free spins awarded by 939gam that are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity, age and address verification process required before withdrawal approval and, in certain circumstances, before deposit thresholds are exceeded.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency in which balances and transaction amounts are displayed on the Platform.
• "Services" means all products, features and functionality available through the 939gam website and mobile interface, including sports betting markets, live casino games, slot games and account management tools.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be bet in eligible markets or games before they are converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which use of the Services is expressly restricted, as updated from time to time.

By creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise accessing the Services, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety.
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any supplementary policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.
• You satisfy the eligibility criteria set out in Section 4 of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or proxy for any other person.

If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the Services and close your Account by contacting our support team.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account, you must at all times:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• Not be a resident of, or accessing the Services from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Not be self-excluded or have a current cooling-off period active on the Platform.
• Not have had a previous Account terminated by 939gam for a breach of these Terms.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Each person may hold only one Account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other details requested. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and for updating it promptly should any details change.

As part of ongoing compliance with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, 939gam may require you to submit one or more of the following documents before processing withdrawals or where deposit thresholds are triggered:

• Identity Document: A valid Pakistani CNIC (both sides) or a current passport.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, official bank statement or government-issued letter dated within three months showing your name and residential address.
• Selfie / Liveness Check: A photograph or video confirming you are the genuine holder of the submitted identity document.
• Source of Funds: Documentation evidencing the legitimate origin of funds deposited, required for high-value accounts or at 939gam's discretion.

939gam displays balances and transaction amounts in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Available deposit methods are shown in the cashier section of your Account and may vary over time. For contextual familiarity, methods may include bank transfer, mobile wallet options and cryptocurrency, subject to the operator's current cashier configuration.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier and are subject to change without prior notice.
• 939gam does not charge deposit processing fees, but your bank, wallet provider or card issuer may apply their own transaction fees independently. These are outside 939gam's control.
• Deposits are credited to your Account after confirmation from the relevant payment processor. Delay or failure is subject to the policies of the payment provider concerned.
• 939gam reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit at its discretion if fraud, AML concerns or policy violations are identified.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Full KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals will ordinarily be returned to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit, subject to availability.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier and apply per transaction.
• Processing times vary by payment method, compliance status and operator review procedures. Times shown in the cashier are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• 939gam reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time. Users will be notified of any such review.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are not permitted until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering or policy breach, 939gam reserves the right to freeze funds and withhold payment pending investigation or instruction from relevant authorities.

939gam may offer welcome bonuses, reload promotions, free bets, free spins, cashback offers and other incentives from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement stated in the specific promotion terms. The wagering requirement must be met in full before any portion of the bonus balance is eligible for withdrawal.
• Eligible Markets & Games: Not all bets or games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are set out in the individual promotion's terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses are subject to expiry. Uncompleted wagering requirements after the stated expiry period will result in forfeiture of remaining bonus and any associated winnings.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit per round or event may apply. Bets exceeding this limit during a bonus period may be voided.
• One Bonus Per User: One welcome bonus per household, device, IP address, email address or payment method. Attempting to claim multiple first-deposit bonuses is considered abuse.
• Bonus Abuse: 939gam reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional terms is identified.

All bonus amounts cited in promotional material are illustrative. Actual amounts and terms are confirmed at the point of opt-in. Review full promotion terms before claiming any offer.

The following rules apply to all bets placed through the 939gam sports betting platform:

• A bet is considered confirmed and binding once you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake is deducted from your Account balance.
• 939gam reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a technical error, data feed fault or human input mistake ("Palpable Error"). You will be notified promptly and your stake returned.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to live data availability. 939gam accepts no liability for delays in live data feeds affecting in-play markets.
• For cricket markets — including PSL T20, ICC tournaments and bilateral series — settlement is based on the official result issued by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB, ICC). Abandoned or no-result matches are settled according to specific market rules stated at the time of bet placement.
• Accumulator (parlay) bets require all selections to be settled as winners for a payout. A void leg in an accumulator reduces the bet to the remaining selections.
• 939gam reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts on any market, including restricting stakes for specific users at its discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registration or use of the Services by persons under the minimum eligible age.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC or at any point of interaction with the Platform.
• Use of automated tools, bots, scripts or any software that exploits or manipulates the Platform or betting markets.
• Collusion with other users to fix outcomes, exploit bonuses or defraud 939gam.
• Arbitrage betting, matched betting or any systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational use.
• Money laundering, fraud or any use of the Platform to process funds from illegal activity.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name or making deposits on behalf of a third party.
• Accessing the Services from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

939gam is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The following tools are available to all registered users via the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory reflection period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum net loss permitted over a specified period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of each play session.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to several weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are actioned promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the 939gam platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of 939gam or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 939gam.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• 939gam provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
• 939gam does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• 939gam is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
• 939gam's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

939gam reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Receipt of a charge-back or reversal on a deposit transaction.
• Regulatory instruction or legal obligation requiring account restriction or closure.

Upon closure of an Account for a breach of these Terms, any balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is identified, confirmed real-money balances (excluding unmet Bonus Funds) will be returned via the User's last verified payment method following satisfactory KYC clearance.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting support at the email address in Section 17. Voluntary closure requests are subject to outstanding wagering requirements, pending bets and any open compliance reviews.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licence jurisdiction, as stated in the operator's full licensing disclosures. Users are responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of the Services complies with all applicable laws in their own jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, it shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

939gam reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via an on-screen notification or email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We encourage you to review this page periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made.
